• Horseradish 'Vitara' is a hardy perennial root vegetable. The roots have a very strong, spicy flavour, commonly used to make a classic horseradish sauce for pairing with your roast beef!
• The young leaves can also be used in salads for some extra kick. A very easy to grow plant, however care should be taken with it as it can become invasive.

• Grow in light, fertile and deep, moist but well-drained soil in full sun. Water freely during the growing season. Can be invasive

What am I Buying? 2L (2 Litre) refers to the volume of the pot, the roots are almost 4 times the size of a 9cm pot. The size of the plant can vary greatly, most will be between 30-60cm tall unless they are naturally low growing plants or if you are buying herbaceous plants in winter.
