Product description HomeXit H40H and SnapXit H40A emergency exit devices are designed to break single toughened glass up to 12mm thick or double toughened insulated glass (4*20*4). These products are permanently fixed in place and operated by snapping the yellow seal and firmly striking the top, driving the pin through the glass in two swick steps; Break & Strike. HomeXit's are supplied with a seal and an IPA swab to clean the glass before installing. HomeXit has a white finish & SnapXit has a red finish. Both have a diameter of 40mm, weighs 90g and stands 45mm tall. Ideal for homes and buildings of high occupancy like schools or colleges with limited emergency exit access. Safety Warning Only to be installed on properly thermally toughened, non-laminated glass. These devices do not work with annealed, float or laminated glass of any sort.
