The Homematic IP contact interface flush-mounted - 1-way allows the simple integration of a conventional switch, button or contacts into the Homematic IP Smart Home system. In combination with Homematic IP actuators, for example, existing lamps or roller shutters can be controlled by radio via the Homematic IP system and flexibly automated. Alternatively, the contact interface can also be used to activate or deactivate the eco operation in conjunction with Homematic IP room climate products. The installation is very simple, because only the supplied cables of the contact interface must be connected and thanks to the long life lithium battery power supply no external power supply is required for operation. After successful installation and commissioning via Homematic IP Access Point, a central CCU2/CCU3 or a suitable partner solution, the respective switching state can be determined and individually controlled. Due to the low installation depth of approximately 12 mm, the flat flush-mounted interface even fits into standard flush-mounted sockets and can be placed directly behind the already installed switch insert.
