HANDMADE YOGI SOAP (NEEM & TULSI): Holy Lama Naturals’ luxurious natural handmade Yogi Soap with Neem and Tulsi are popular for their long-lasting fragrance. All our soaps are made with virgin coconut oil and a unique blend of essential oils that will awaken your senses. Each soap is beautifully packed in a handmade shell made from the leaf of areca palm tree. These leaves are shed by the tree regularly, and we mould them to form a sustainable and eco-friendly packaging. The Yogi Soap benefits from the unique properties of Ayurveda’s most esteemed botanicals – neem and tulsi. Neem Has many medicinal properties anthelmintic, antifungal, antidiabetic, antibacterial, antiviral, contraceptive and sedative. Neem products are also used in selectively-controlling pests in plants. It is considered a major component in Ayurvedic and Unani medicine, and is particularly prescribed for skin disease. Tulsi: Extracts are used in ayurvedic remedies for common colds, headaches, stomach disorders, inflammation, heart disease, various forms of poisoning, and malaria. Traditionally, tulsi is taken in many forms: as herbal tea, dried powder, fresh leaf or mixed with ghee. Essential oil extracted from Karpoora tulsi is mostly used for medicinal purposes and in herbal cosmetics, and is widely used in skin preparations due to its anti-bacterial activity. For centuries, the dried leaves of tulsi have been mixed with stored grains to repel insects.
