Hiflo air filters are among the market leaders in the motorcycle sector. The air filters are specially developed for the respective machines and modern engines for the highest possible air flow while still the strongest filter performance. They serve as a direct replacement filter for old original air filters and fit perfectly into the air filter box of your bike. Hiflo only uses high-quality materials. This replacement filter replaces the original filter element 1:1 and requires no modification to the engine (carburetor nozzles or tuning). The special "foam" versions use special filter foam instead of the previously usual paper filter as a filter element. Foam inserts with a "DS" (DualStage, two-layer system) should be oiled a little before assembly and after cleaning, but have a significantly longer service life due to the reusability. Foam air filter inserts without the "DS" marking can be mounted immediately without oils like the original insert. Since the Hiflo air filters only replace the original filter and do not change noise or exhaust gas values, there is no need for any test mark, certificate or ABE.
