• The Hepo HP-600 range of floating pond heaters are ideal for keeping part of a pond from freezing in the winter to allow gas exchange at the surface, protecting the pond inhabitants.
• These pond heaters are available in a choice of 3 sizes (150w, 300w and 600w). The temperature is not adjustable on these heaters. It is pre-set to heat to prevent the pond water from freezing.
• The 150w model is ideal for pond up to 10,000 litres in size. The 300w model is ideal for ponds 10,000 to 20,000 litres in size. The 600w model is recommended for ponds which are larger than 20,000 litres.
• All models are supplied with a 5 metre reinforced rubber external grade cable. The 150w and 300w heaters are supplied with 3 foam floats, and the 600w model is supplied with 4 foam floats.
• The pond heater should only be operated when fully submerged in the pond, and for safety reasons it should be connected to a RCD (residual current device).
