Product description HEMPEL PRIMER UNDERCOAT is a quick drying, high opacity primer and undercoat providing excellent durability and surface stability in preparation for over coating with single pack systems. Recommended use: Suitable as a primer for steel and as an undercoat for Brilliant Enamel or Yacht Enamel. For use above the waterline.
