Description Experience from the previous model as well as other innovations have been incorporated into the latest generation of the RACCON backpack from Helikon-Tex as well as other innovations. As a lightweight but very stable unit with 20 litre capacity, it is the optimal choice for everyday use. Where a larger backpack would be an unnecessary burden, it is absolutely sufficient for day trips and tactical short operations. The Raccoon Mk2 is also equipped with an outer pocket, similar in size to the main compartment, which contains a simple organiser. The single woven waist belt distributes weight for heavier loads. The backpack with webbing is compatible with MOLLE/PALS. The integrated shock cord allows additional attachment of jacket, sleeping mat etc. Newest generation of the RACCON backpack incorporates our experiences with this model. Lightweight, yet sturdy pack of 20 Liter capacity is an optimal choice for everyday use, yet it is absolutely enough for day hikes and tactical ops, where a larger pack would be an unnecessary burden. RACCOON Mk2 is also equipped with one external pocket, similar in size to the main compartment. It contains a simple organizer for carrying additional items. For heavy loads the simple, webbing hip belt distributes weight properly. The backpack covered with webbing compatible with MOLLE/PALS system.
