The construction is a solid piece of flexible plastic 1mm thick. Unlike normal floor marking tape the colour is not a print, it is an integral part of the product and it cannot be removed by solvents or even scraped away. Heavy Duty Line Marking Tape is so thick, the edge has to be chamfered to prevent it becoming a trip hazard. Each 30m roll is produced individually, the adhesive is applied using a special laminator and is coated edge to edge. Heavy Duty Line Marking Tape is so tough it can even be removed, its extreme strength ensures that it will not snap or fracture, resulting in the unique ability to change the color of individual areas, a green recycling area can easily be changed to become a red reject site. Peel back part of the backing liner then press the adhesive firmly onto the prepared surface, and slowly keep peeling back the liner while applying the tape.
