The woodneck comprises a one-piece receptacle/server, with a two-piece wooden collar, held in place with a leather tie, which is very easy to remove . As with all pour-over methods, experimentation will help you achieve "your" perfect brew. The re-usable cloth filter imparts different qualities to that of paper filters. A very clean, full-bodied cup results from correct use of the drip pot . The cloth filter needs thorough rinsing before first use.
