The self-closing spring tension is factory pre-set and door hinges are adjustable to control closing speed as needed. Our door hinges are full surface mounted for easy installation, simply attach one leaf to the face of the door and the other side to the door frame. Each package includes: 2 brass hinges, mounting hardware, tension adjusting tools and installation instructions. Tools required: a pencil, power drill, 1/8” drill bit and screwdriver.
