Prepare the Refrigeration tablets, radiator,grease,heat insulated pad, power module before working. 2. Brush the grease on the heat side and cool side of the refrigeration tablets(cool side is with word,and heat side is without word) . 3. Install the refrigeration tablets on the heat sink, put heat insulated pad in the middle. 4. Tighten the screw and wire up, then start cooling. Note: Word side is Cool side; Blank side is Heat side. When installing, please pay attention to clean and flat surfaces. The refrigeration tablet is that one side is cooling and the other side is heating, and the heating surface must be well dissipated during work. Use only with the use of thermal grease.
