The Hakko FR-830 is a compact and low cost solution to preheating printed circuit boards before soldering and/or rework. The design features on the FR-830 delivering consistent heat to the underside of printed circuit boards and is particularly beneficial when soldering lead-free assemblies. Closed loop temperature control allows the output air temperature to be set anywhere between 150° - 300°C (302° - 572°) and an optional Extension Pipe (B3263) extends the airflow an additional 27mm (1.1 inch).
