Designed as a secure aquarium cover and replacement lid, this glass lid helps prevent fish from jumping while keeping dust and debris out of your aquarium. The lid features an integrated hinge for easy opening and convenient access during feeding and maintenance. It includes a new and improved clear vinyl back strip that is wider for better coverage and can be cut to fit most trimmed aquariums and rimmed aquariums. This aquarium cover includes an easy lift handle for installation on the glass, plus an additional replacement handle. Both handles attach securely using double-sided adhesive tape3Although this glass aquarium cover is compatible with most trimmed and edged aquariums, the dimensions of the aquarium may vary by manufacturer. To ensure a good fit, please measure the aquarium opening to the millimeter before purchasing. Directions Carefully measure the opening of your aquarium to ensure proper fit before installation. If necessary, trim the clear vinyl back strip to allow space for filters, tubing, or other equipment. Attach the vinyl strip to the back edge of the glass aquarium lid, making sure it fits securely. Clean and dry the glass surface where the handle will be placed, then peel the backing from the double-sided tape and firmly press the handle onto the glass, holding it in place for a few seconds to ensure proper adhesion. Allow the adhesive to cure for at least one hour before using the handle. Once assembled, place the glass aquarium lid onto the top of your aquarium.
