Product description
The 400 Kataba has a fairly stiff blade and is excellent for trimming wooden boards to length, making square or angled cuts for larger joinery projects, and sawing panels of solid wood, sheet metal, veneer, and composites. It leaves a smooth cut surface and virtually no splintering on the exit side. The top edge provides a little extra support for the blade. Blade length 240mm, overall length 550mm, thickness 0.6mm, cutting width 1.9mm/13 teeth per 2.5cm, 0.125mm per side, maximum cutting depth: unlimited. The 651 Ryoba Komame 240mm has progressive ripping teeth on one side of the blade and 20 teeth per 1 cm cross teeth on the other side. It has a slightly squarer blade, thinner blade (0.45mm) and finer teeth than Ryoba's standard range, making it much better for light, precise work. Saw blade length 240 mm, overall length 580 mm, blade thickness 0.45 mm, blade depth: 65 mm to 82 mm cross cut, cutting width 1.2 mm/21 teeth per 2.5 cm, progressive crack tendency 2.5 mm to 3.9 mm/10 up to 6.5 teeth per 2.5 cm, 0.125 mm per side, maximum depth of cut: unlimited. The Gyokucho 303 Tatebiki (rip) Dozuki is fast and smooth, cuts beautifully and is also very easy to keep straight. The saw is designed for 6-18mm thick material with optimum performance at 12mm. The thin (0.3mm) saw blade removes very little material and leaves a clean surface for maximum joint strength. Blade length 240mm, overall length 550mm, thickness 0.3mm, cutting width 1.5mm/17 teeth per 2.5cm, 0.1mm per side, maximum cutting depth 45mm. 1151 double edge saw, 125m. Flush cutting saws are fine precision tools for cutting dowels, wood nails and through tenons flush with the surrounding surface. The cross teeth on this saw have absolutely no set, so they won't scratch the surface. The saw blade is only 0.3mm thick and extremely flexible, light pressure with the index finger of your other hand is all that is needed to keep the blade on the workpiece and make a truly flush cut.
