- GYM MASTER Open Olympic Trap Style Rickshaw Bar Deadlift. With Matte Black Powder Coated Finish. 30mm thick grip and neutral design, this bar suits exercises like shrugs, lunges, and Strongman activities like farmers walks.
- Compatible with most bumper plates and all GYM MASTER Olympic plates. Not suitable for competition plates with an internal diameter under 50.5mm.
- The easy and quick to load design also protects the Olympic plates from being damaged during loading and use. Use this Rickshaw to lift and carry, building grip and dynamic strength - or use for static exercises to train your traps and shoulder muscles
- 300Kg Max Load – When lowered carefully. This Rickshaw must not be dropped. If dropped, the weight is multiplied many times and the bars will buckle. The resulting damage will be obvious. You must never load it with a weight you cannot comfortably control during the eccentric (lowering) phase of every exercise.
- Approx. Dimensions: Height 39cm, Width 145cm (Between Grips 56cm), Depth 46cm, Grip Diameter 30mm, Sleeve Length 32.5cm. Note: QR collars not included. We recommend for heavier loads to use chalk or tape. Not Suitable for Commercial Use.
