Created by internationally renowned artist Russ Miller and veteran drum builder Bill Detamore, the Gruv-X, X-Click, is a completely new approach and a technologically advanced instrument. Utilizing a hybrid formula of 22-plies of American rock maple and two copper plies, this trapezoidal shaped accessory gives the drummer a plethora of new sounds including the perfect cross stick sound for recording and live sound. The proprietary mono mount allows for increased volume and frequency range for cross sticks on nearly any snare drum. The new mono mount will fit drums as small as 10" 6-lug all the way to a 15" 8-lug. For even smaller or larger snare drums you can add the optional mono mount expansion pack. The X-click is endorsed by thirty of the world's top drummers including Steve Smith, Peter Erskine, Gavin Harrison, Jo Jo Mayer, Ray Luzier, and Jeff Hamilton.
