- Dwarf Conifer Chamaecyparis Pisifera 'Filifera Sungold' is an evergreen shrub of bushy, mound-forming, wide-growing habit. It is a slow growing conifer perfect for borders, patio containers or as use as a border specimen plant and achieves a height and spread of around 250cm x 250cm in 30-50 years.
- Planted for its foliage, this award winning fountain-like conifer displays weeping, thread-like, golden-yellow leaves.
- Suitable for moist but well drained, acid to neutral soils. This is a very hardy plant withstanding extreme Winter conditions of -20 degrees celsius. Suited to the most Northern, exposed and upland locations in the UK. This variety is best positioned in full sun to part shade. This superb shrub has received the RHS Award of Garden Merit (AGM).
