• After completing his degree in Glass in 2002, Matthew worked for a large glass design company in London before setting up his own business in 2012. Matthew designs and makes everything in his studio in Dorset, on the south coast of the UK, near the Jurassic Coast. All the moulds are handcarved, he applies the colours manually and the glass is slumped over the mould in a kiln at temperatures over 800C and annealed to ensure strength and durability

This glass soap dish illustrates an ammonite using colours, it is textured on the top and smooth on the underside. This little dish can be mainly used a soap holder but can also be used for jewellery on a bedside table, for keys. This item contains 1 ammonite glass soap dish with an ammonite design in lime green, turquoise and blue, 13x10cm square diameter or 5x4" with an organza bag.
