• Handmade: The TamTam-gong impresses with its great look and impressive sound. Known in China as Whood Chau Gong, our tamtam also comes from a renowned, traditional gong forge in Wuhan. The TamTam gong is made of tin bronze and has a diameter of approx. 25 cm. It comes with a matching clapper.
• Powerful and effective: thanks to the type of forging and the all-round curved edge, the sound of the TamTam gong has a centring effect and sounds very powerful and intense when playing a stronger gong.

Fascination gongs... A gong is far more than a disc made of metal. The fascinating sound spectrum of a gong attracts people into its spell. The discovery of the variety and power of mystical sounds inspires young and old and is used in meditation or therapeutic applications. Depending on the gongart, the appearance and sound are different. The edge of the TamTam bell is bent all the way around during production, so that its sound looks rather centring. The TamTam gong impresses with its particularly elegant look and its powerful and impressive sound. Liquid tin bronze, an alloy of tin and copper, is cast into a metal disc. This is heated to the red glow and driven to the characteristic shape of the respective gong with iron hammers. The individual sound of the gong is only later worked out by targeted hammering on the already cooled gong. Our high-quality TamTam gongs are sourced from the traditional gong forge of a renowned instrument manufacturer from Wuhan in China. Production is carried out under fair trade aspects.
