Product description
This tin mold of 6 financiers will allow you to rediscover the delicious memories of our grandmothers' almond and pistachio financiers. Made of sturdy tin (thickness 45/100th) and covered with a thin film of zinc deposited by electrolysis, you will obtain a crispy and golden cooking of your pastry while keeping the softness inside the cake. This financial mould will allow you to make 6 financiers of 9,8 × 4,8 cm each. The mold has rolled edges. Dimensions: 38 × 18 cm. Made in France.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
