Product description How Go-Weed works Block Blitz is a non-selective, acetic acid based, garden weed killer which is active against the majority of soft plant tissue it comes into contact with, including moss, grasses, weeds brambles, bindweed, chickweed, dandelions, ivy, marestail, nettles & thistles etc. Weeds are controlled by covering their foliage completely and evenly with Go-Weed spray. Soon after, the treated foliage will begin to wither and die. Persistent weeds may require repeat treatment should new growth appear. Best results are achieved in the spring when the weeds are young and tender and repeated through the growing season up to a maximum of 6 applications per year (with a minimum of 7 days between applications. There are no residual effects of Block Blitz Go-Weed in the soil. Sowing or planting may be undertaken as soon as any weeds have died. When to use Go-Weed Apply Go-Weed on a dry day when rain is not expected for at least 6 hours after application. Rain after spraying may wash Go-Weed away from foliage leading to a poor result. Where to use Go-Weed may be used to control weed growth in a wide variety of unplanted garden locations and hard surfaces including such as block paving patios, gravel paths, tarmac driveways and around buildings. Wildlife and pets Once completely dry, Go-Weed's non-toxic acetic acid formulation is the ideal wildlife and pet friendly weed killer for garden use. Directions Attach hose lock trigger and turn to ‘ON’ position. Apply at no more than 100ml/m2, this is usually when the weeds and moss are fully wetted, but before the point at which the spray drips from the leaves. Respray any surviving weeds and moss after 14 days, or when fresh growth is seen. When finished, turn the weed sprayer trigger to the ‘OFF’ position.
