Product Description Germoloids Suppositories contain a 4-in-1 action formula that provides fast, numbing relief from the symptoms of internal haemorrhoids (piles). The oily nature of each suppository means it can also act as a lubricant to help ease the passing of stools, preventing unnecessary straining. It contains a local anaesthetic which helps to numb and soothe itching and provide fast pain relief. It also contains zinc oxide, which has both astringent and antiseptic properties to shrink swollen piles while protecting sore, sensitive skin against infection. Ingredients Active ingredients: Zinc oxide 283.5mg and lidocaine hydrochloride 13.2mg. Also contains: Hard fat, methyl salicylate and glyceryl tristearate. Directions Directions for use: Adults and children 12 years and over: For use in the anus only. Use as directed in the leaflet. Insert one suppository into the anus when you go to bed at night and one in the morning, preferably after a bowel movement. If necessary, the suppositories may be used at any time during the day, with a minimum of 3 to 4 hours between suppositories. Do not use more than 4 times in any 24 hour period.
