The new GENIE 580 XCD Plus allows you to simultaneously shred up to 10 sheets of DIN A4 (2.822oz, in²) or a credit card, CD, DVD. The shredder shreds your documents in cross-cut into approx. 0.2 x 0.72 inch small particles (corresponds to security level P-4, DIN 66399) and has a cutting speed of 0.05 knots per minute. The high security level P-4 guarantees DSGVO-compliant destruction of sensitive data such as salary slips and tax returns. The shredder has a practical handle for lifting the cutting mechanism and for easy emptying of the waste basket. The unit switches to safety lock as soon as the cutting head is lifted or is not properly seated on the bin. The paper basket has a capacity of approx. 4.62 gallons (220 sheets). The successor model in black design is intuitive to operate and fits next to any desk. The shredder is suitable for a wide range of applications in the workplace, private household and home office. The shredder operates at a noise level of 72 dB. If the noise level during operation is not so pleasant, you should clean the shredder with suitable shredder oil or the ready-dosed oil paper.
