These segmental tapered internal extractors are ideal for the removal of tightly packed ball bearings, bearing races, bushes and shaft seals including "Simmering" seals. Simple operation in conjunction with the appropriate support brace to safely remove the part. The range of extractors can remove components with internal diameters ranging from 5mm to 100mm. To operate the central screwed spindle needs to be retracted fully to ensure the extractor is at its minimum diameter. It is then fully inserted in to the centre of the bearing and the spindle tightened until the body of the extractor has sealed against the internal diameter of the bearing with the bottom shoulder of the extractor below the bottom edge of the bearing. The support brace is then applied and the bearing removed. This set comprises 5 extractors and 2 support braces covering bearings with internal diameters from 12mm to 30mm.
