Specially selected for their reliability, strong growth, and outstanding taste, these hardy varieties are well suited to UK growing conditions. Perfect for autumn planting, this collection contains four top-performing cultivars—ideal for adding depth and richness to your cooking. Collection Includes (2 bulbs each): Garlic Germidour – Mild yet rich flavour with large, white bulbs. Garlic Cledor – White bulbs with pink cloves and a strong, punchy flavour. Garlic Edenrose – Rose-skinned cloves with a bold and aromatic taste. Garlic Messidrome – Produces large white bulbs with excellent culinary versatility. How to Grow: Plant in well-drained soil in full sun from September to December. Improve drainage with well-rotted compost or manure, especially on heavy soils. Separate each bulb into individual cloves and plant 2cm deep and 10cm apart, leaving 45cm between rows. Water during dry spells and weed regularly. Protect from birds with netting if needed. Harvest from May to August depending on the variety. Once leaves begin to yellow, lift bulbs gently with a trowel, clean, and allow to dry in a warm, airy spot before storage or use.
