GN 50.2 holding magnets are magnetic systems with only one adhesive surface. The steel housing directs the magnetic field to the adhesive surface and at the same time shields the magnet at the top and side. The resulting effect strengthens the magnetic adhesive force on the adhesive surface many times and is called "conclusion". Depending on the requirements regarding holding force and operating temperatures, you can choose between magnets made of hard ferrite, samarium cobalt or neodymium iron-boron.
