The very stable, scratch-resistant natural glass panel of the GN 743 oil glasses is sealed via an O-ring on the circumference of the pane, so the tightness is independent of an axial contact force. The outer diameter of the oil indicator glasses with the reset hexagon is matched to screw holes for pipe fittings DIN 3852. The sealing ring is embedded in a radial and flat-sided puncture in the oil window glass, so the seal is not lose and cannot be squeezed out when tightening.
