Bump stops GN 353 are used as end stops, e.g. B. for conveyor trucks. They absorb much of the kinetic energy effective on impact. They have a cushioning effect, avoid strong shocks leading to damage and minimise a rebound. Last but not least, they also have a noise-dampening effect. Due to the parabolic shape, these bump stops have a progressive spring characteristic: the damping of shocks is initially more gentle.
