These functional fitness weighted soft balls are ideal for a variety of different exercises including Pilates, Yoga, rehabilitation, strengthening, plyometrics, and conditioning. They offer a more fluid and natural range of motion than a traditional dumbbell and thanks to a soft dop free PVC shell, the risk of damage or injury in the event of dropping has been hugely reduced. The soft weights also encourage the development of functional grip strength with each use.
