The Fridja f2800 Open Whole Fruit Juicer is built around one idea: fresh juice should take minutes, not effort. Its 180mm open feed chute – the widest in the Fridja range – accepts whole apples, oranges, pears and large vegetable chunks with no chopping, peeling or coring. The gravity-fed self-feeding hopper then pulls ingredients down automatically, so you can load it up, press start and walk away while it fills the 1.2 litre juice jug. At its heart is a 250W AC motor turning at a slow 43–50 RPM, the cold-press sweet spot. Instead of shredding produce at high speed, the auger gently squeezes it, preserving vitamins, enzymes, colour and flavour while extracting up to 30% more juice with noticeably drier pulp. Juice stays fresh for up to 72 hours, and at around 63dB the f2800 is quiet enough for early mornings. It does more than juice. Swap in the included sorbet attachment and frozen banana, mango or berries come out as smooth, one-ingredient soft serve – no sugar, no cream. Soaked almonds, cashews or oats press into fresh, additive-free plant milk in minutes. Cleaning, the thing that puts most people off juicing, takes about 60 seconds. The easy-clean filter uses a minimal mesh design that rinses under the tap without scrubbing, and removable parts are dishwasher safe. All food-contact parts are BPA-free.
