Product description
Freya belongs to the gods of the Wanen. She is the daughter of the sea god Njörd and the giantess Skadi. Freya is not only the goddess of love, but also of spring, fertility and magic. Cats have always been among the constant companions of the goddess of love and even her carriage is drawn by forest cats. The magician Freya taught the Aesir the magic, but her main task was actually to lead the Valkyries on the battlefields. For this, Freya is allowed to claim half of the fallen (unwedded) heroes, while Odin is entitled to the other half. The figurine is made of artificial stone by artist hand, bronzed and coloured.
