• How To Replace a Band Saw Tire?
• 3, Slide part of the tire onto the wheel rim, then a short rod or pipe between the tire and wheel. Roll the pipe around the rim once to equalize the tire's elasticity.
• 1, Unplug the Band saw, loosen the saw blade tension and remove the blade. Then remove the band saw wheel.
• 2, Once removed, completely remove or cur the old tire and any residue left behind.
• 4, Squeeze a small amount of glue onto a brush and apply it to the tire and wheel .Roll and repeat all the way around the rim. Let the glue dry for 24 hours before using the saw again.
