Speedball liquid watercolour paper has been specially developed for the visual artist. Made with great pride by our European mill masters with over 400 years of paper making experience. This paper is made at slow speeds for precise control that creates a stronger, high quality paper with the look, feel, and performance of 100% cotton paper, but at an affordable price. Our unique easy block binding method means that the pad is glued to the two long edges without the need to stretch or tape the sides of the paper so it can be used as both a block and a block. You can easily remove the sheet when you're done by simply sliding a palette knife or letter opener into the open side of the paper under the top sheet. Each pad contains 15 sheets of white high alpha cellulose paper (300gsm) and is available in either cold press or hot press finish. The cold press finish has subtle serrations and is ideal for a variety of wet media techniques. The hot press surface has virtually no teeth and its smooth surface is perfect for artists who prefer precise markings and seamless blends.
