G-1000 Heavy Duty: Super strong Water resistant Incredibly durable G-1000 is strong, but G-1000 Heavy Duty goes one step further. It is both treated with Greenland Wax and therefore as durable as ever. However, since it is less breathable than the original G-1000, we use it for products where durability rather than air permeability is important.
