Description Modern trekking trousers for long outdoor adventures at any time of year. The innovative gaiter function allows the trousers to be adapted to different weather and terrain conditions. In warm weather, you can remove the lower legs and turn the trousers into shorts like an ordinary zip-off trousers. The leg sections, which have a calf drawstring and a boot hook at the leg ends, can be transformed into gaiters that protect the legs in the mountains and jungle from bushy terrain. In colder weather, you can wear the trousers over a base layer and open the zips on the thighs for ventilation. Two large leg pockets hold card, compass etc. The trousers are also equipped with pockets and back pockets. Apart from the concealed boot hooks, there are eyelets on the leg ends to which laces or metal hangers can be attached.
