This type of fitting is used as a connection for connecting 1/4" pipe to reverse osmosis housings. It will also fit any other application using the correct sized fittings, such as inline filters, water filter housings, UV sterilisers and drinks dispensers. These fittings are made from FDA approved polypropylene, which means they are safe to use in food and drinks processing as the materials used don’t leak contaminants into the water.
