Product description
Pentel Film Lead is for use on drafting film only. Like Super Hi-Polymer leads, film lead does not contain any clay but in addition does not contain any graphite - just carbon and a modified polymer as its base. The use of polymer resin aids the film lead in its particular merit of having a very high resistance to smear and, in fact, in practice it is possible to wash the drawing, giving a much improved background contrast and consequently better prints and a high resolution of micro filming. Pentel Film Lead is smooth and does not engrave or scratch the film surface and has brilliant re-draw qualities.
