- Salvaterrazza is waterproofing water-repellent sealer and protector for terraces and outdoor use, it works as an anti-infiltration and consolidating agent for terraces, outdoor and indoor areas. It limits absorption on the materials it is applied on; it is a transparent, non-filming protective agent that penetrates deeply into terraces and external surfaces, creating a breathable barrier that blocks water absorption. It does not modify the colour of the material. In fact, water seeps into the pores of stone, agglomerates and concrete, but also through the joints of porcelain stoneware, and may slowly damage the materials, actually damaging the terrace.
- Salvaterrazza blocks the decay of the material and protects the joints, thus preventing the appearance of cracks and the need to redo the terrace. Salvaterrazza is a consolidating, waterproofing protective agent with extremely high performance: Waterproofness tested by the Ceramic Centre of Bologna (UNI-EN 15802:2004)
- It does not create a surface film and blocks degradation of the material, has a high yield and protects joints, not only preventing damage, but also the growth of mould, moss and lichen
- It protects and repairs terraces in terracotta, clinker, stoneware, concrete and natural stone from water and humidity, penetrates the materials, consolidating their surface, prevents water percolation, the formation of efflorescence and severe damage to structures.
- It penetrates cracks from 0.5 µm to 1 mm, assuring water-repellency and eliminating the problem of seepage.
- The product is ready for use, does not need diluting, does not create a surface film and does not yellow in any environmental and ageing condition.
