INDICATIONS - PFO BRACE LOCKED IN FLEXION MTC-F flexion brace fixed at 60° (wrist joint blocked at 0° or in flexion at 30° or free) . Fractures of the 4th and/or 5th MTC-F: base of the diaphysis, conservative or surgical distal epiphyses (post-operatively). Fractures of the first phalanx of the 4th and/or 5th finger: base of the diaphysis and distal epiphysis. Volar dislocation of the MTC-F of the 4th and/or 5th radius. Post-operative superficial and/or deep flexor tendon injury of the 4th-5th radius - PFO BRACE BLOCKED AT 0° MTC-F flexion brace fixed at 0° (wrist joint blocked at 0°). Dupuytren's disease 4th and/or 5th ray. Extensor tendon injuries (common in the 4th and/or 5th radius and specific to the 5th radius).
