The scullery boy Toni, to replace the Christmas cake of the royal banquet (accidentally burned in the oven), dabbed a dough with various advanced ingredients and baked it in the oven, unknowingly giving life to one of the most traditional appetising and appreciated Christmas desserts ("pan de Toni") of our time.
