Product description
Fusing Fender's traditional aesthetics with sophisticated Japanese craftsmanship the made in Japan Traditional II series necks offer the sought after and iconic feel of Fender MIJ instruments. Crafted in the same facility as the Made in Japan series instruments, the Traditional II 50’s Telecaster Neck features a classic “U” shape and incorporates a flatter 9.5" radius and 21 vintage frets on a maple fingerboard. A gloss urethane finish provides classic feel and a slimmer 1-5/8" (41 mm) nut width makes for easy playability. This replacement neck is for a Fender® or Squier® by Fender guitar. Because Fender genuine replacement necks have not been mounted to guitar bodies, nut slots must be cut by qualified personnel. Other installation processes may be required, such as fret work, fitting the neck to the neck pocket, and other instrument setup procedures. Your local FMIC Authorized Service Center can install genuine replacement necks; find Authorized Service Center locations near you in the “Support” section of fender.com.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
