The new PETG has similar properties to PLA but is significantly more resistant (both mechanical and temperature). It is also more flexible than PLA. Medium Flow (MF) viscosity allows faster pressure with improved printing result. Extrudr PETG filament has 2 times better viscosity than conventional filaments. This allows very smooth surfaces, optimal layer adhesion, high print speeds and significantly higher print speeds. Example: The standard printing speed of the "Makerbot Replicator 2x" is 90 mm/s. With MF-PETG, easy printing at 110-120 mm/s is possible. Low shrinkage. The PETG shrinks by less than 0.5% during cooling. Vacuum sealed. Each spool is vacuum welded and delivered with drying granules during the final inspection. This results in a significantly improved shelf life. High quality "Made in Europe". The product is developed and produced in Austria. The colours are 100% biodegradable and are sourced from Germany. concentricity and shape tolerances concentricity and shape accuracy are continuously controlled directly during production 20,000 /s by laser (both the concentricity and shape accuracy over the whole roll less than +/- 0.05).
