'Extrudr' uses only 100% new DuraPro ASA plastic. No admixture of old material. This is the only way to * 100% high quality for the perfect print. High flow (HF) viscosity allows faster pressure with improved printing result. Extrudr DuraPro ASA filament has up to 10 times higher melt flow index (MFI) and a 4x better viscosity than conventional filaments. This allows very smooth surfaces, optimal layer adhesion, high print speeds and up to 10 times higher print speeds. Example: The standard printing speed of the \"Makerbot Replicator 2x\" is 90 mm/s. With HF-DuraPro ASA, easy printing at 120-130 mm/s is possible. Speeds of up to 180 mm/s have also been tested and give a useful result. Low shrinkage The DuraPro ASA shrinks by less than 0.7% during cooling. This minimises warping (\"warping\") of the object. Vacuum sealed. Each spool is vacuum welded and delivered with drying granules during the final inspection. This results in a significantly improved shelf life. High quality 'Made in Europe'. The product is developed and produced in Austria.
