Primary function: when the middle section is upside down, the mat can be rotated 360 degrees. It can be used for cutting, gluing, varnishing, etc. Secondary function: the middle part can be turned over and the underlay is stabilised. The base mat prevents slipping and does not rotate with the cutting pad. For easy cutting of paper materials, the mat has an angle and graphic grid for very detailed results. Makes turning the project unnecessary. Dual functions enable rotating and fixed use.
