Ingredients Onion, Chicken (50%) (Chicken Breast, Salt), Tomato (Tomato, Concentrated Tomato Juice), Peppers (Red, Yellow, Green), Sweetcorn, Rapeseed Oil, Rice (29%), Red Kidney Beans (17%), Fajita Paste (Onion, Sunflower Oil, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Red Chilli, Garlic, Paprika, Salt, Ground Cumin), Corn Starch, Salt. Directions REMOVE THE OXYGEN ABSORBER (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate.
