Ingredients Parboiled Long Grain Rice (37%), Diced Cooked Chicken (13%), Diced Onions, Diced Bell Peppers, Green Beans, Sweetcorn, Rapeseed Oil, Omelette Strips (EGG, Water, Cornflour, Salt, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Pepper) (4%); Teriyaki Sauce (Soy Sauce [Water, Salt, Soybean (SOYA), Sugar, Colour (E150a), WHEAT Flour], Sugar, Vinegar, Ginger Puree, Salt, Garlic Puree); Garlic Puree, Salt, Ground White Pepper. Directions REMOVE THE OXYGEN ABSORBER (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate.
