• AUTOMATIC DOOR DROP SEAL – The Concealex A8100 is designed to automatically seal the gap at the bottom of the door when closed, helping reduce draughts, smoke, noise and light.
• SEALS GAPS UP TO 14MM – Offers a maximum drop of 14mm, making it ideal for sealing uneven gaps beneath timber, aluminium, PVC and security doors.
• FIRE, SMOKE & ACOUSTIC TESTED – Fire tested for 30 and 60 minutes to BS EN 1634-1, smoke tested to BS EN 1634-3 and acoustic tested up to 44dB.
• SELF-LEVELLING DESIGN – The self-levelling mechanism helps create an even seal across the bottom of the door, improving performance on slightly uneven floors.
• TRIM TO FIT INSTALLATION – Supplied with screws and adjustable using a standard Phillips screwdriver. Can be trimmed on the opposite side to the plunger depending on the selected size.

The Concealex A8100 Automatic Door Drop Seal is a high-performance door bottom seal designed to help reduce draughts, smoke, noise and light passing beneath the door. Suitable for timber doors, aluminium doors, PVC doors and security doors, it is a strong choice for both commercial and residential applications. When the door closes, the automatic plunger activates the seal, lowering it to close the gap at the bottom of the door. With a maximum drop of 14mm, the A8100 helps seal gaps up to 14mm, improving comfort, privacy and protection. The self-levelling design helps the seal make consistent contact with the floor, making it ideal for use where the floor surface may not be perfectly even. The seal is made using a co-extruded tubular seal in self-extinguishing TPE, offering reliable performance for demanding door applications. The Concealex A8100 is fire tested for 30 and 60 minutes to BS EN 1634-1, smoke tested to BS EN 1634-3 and acoustic tested up to 44dB to BS EN ISO 10140-2. This makes it suitable for fire door, smoke control and acoustic door sealing applications where tested performance is required. Supplied with fixing screws, the A8100 can be adjusted using a standard Phillips screwdriver. It can also be trimmed on the opposite side to the plunger, depending on the selected size, allowing for a flexible installation.
