Everest Trade Paints - Patio Sealer is a highly durable, polyurethane based sealer for use on pre-cast concrete slabs and flagstones. This product enhances the colour of the patio while protecting the surface from staining, UV light, mould and algae growth and will increase abrasion resistance while also protect the pointing of the patio from erosion and weed infestation to reduce maintenance. Easy to apply by a roller or sprayer, gives additional protection to your patio slabs. USES AND SURFACE COMPATIBILITY Suitable for use on exterior patio slabs and flagstones made from pre-cast concrete. Do not use on natural stone or sandstone SPECIAL PROPERTIES It is easily cleaned and will withstand regular washing. Also resistant to most stains and oils. SPREADING RATE First coat: Approximately 4 square meters per litre. Second coat: Approximately 6 square meters per litre. This is a rough estimate and varies depending on the condition of the slabs/flagstones and amount applied with each coat. DRYING TIME Under normal conditions, Sealer is touch dry in approximately 2-4 hours. Fully cured 24 hours after the last coat. APPLICATION Brush, Roller, or Sprayer. We have compatible application tools Here. Make sure the surface is 100% dry and free from any moisture or contaminants before application. Do not apply if there is any chance of rain. STORAGE PRECAUTIONS Store away from heat and flames. Secure lid between uses to prevent sealer hardening. Store away from frost. THINNERS Thinners aren't required with this product, warm soapy water can be used for clean up. SURFACE PREPARATION Ensure all surfaces to be sealed are clean, dry and free from oil and grease. If applying on exterior surfaces, please ensure no rain is forecast and the surface is dry before application.
