Product Description Everbuild Everflex 115 Contract GP (General Purpose) Building Mastic is an oil-based compound intended for general pointing and sealing of many joints in traditional forms of construction. This general purpose mastic provides an effective weatherproof seal that is overpaintable and adheres to most common surfaces including brick, wood, metals and glass. Typically used to seal composite sectional panels and low-movement vertical joints, the high solids formulation of this contract building mastic has excellent gap-filling properties. Once dry the weatherproof seal remains in a semi-dry state and remains permanently plastic beneath the surface skin. As a result, Everflex 115 is ideal for perimeter pointing of both internal and external door or window surround pointing and sealing. The stone colour blends easily with metal and painted finishes.
